Our emotions are a powerful and precise guidance system, the GPS for life that we were born with. Many of us completely ignore the directions that are given to us by our emotions and live our lives based on external forces. We are so oblivious to how we are feeling that by the time we notice that we are off course, our jaws are clenched, our lives are no fun and if left long enough, we may even be sick.
Make how you feel the very most important thing, always. Pay attention to your emotions and when you notice you’re feeling contracted or restricted or negative, change something!  Pay attention to your internal GPS and “return to the highlighted route.” Listen to the voice of your Most High Self and choose to be happy first. Be Happy Always!
