Can You Increase Your Well-being in Just 16 Seconds?

My meditation teacher, Davidji, teaches this method to soldiers, policemen, politicians, CEO’s…. everyone! It will lower your blood pressure, slow your heart rate, reduce the effects of stress…… Promise! And it’s very easy.
Slowly take a long slow deep breath in to the count of 4. Watch your breath as it fills your lung and belly. Hold that gently for 4 seconds. Exhale slowly to a count of 4, watching your breath leave your body. Hold gently with empty lungs for 4 seconds. Repeat as often as you like!  You’ve just meditated for 16 seconds, congratulations!  Namaste’
