How Do You Cope With Feeling Overwhelmed?

Sometimes, when our lives are going great and we have momentum in the direction of our dreams, we can start to feel like there is too much to do, not enough time to do it and too many people who want our attention.
It is easy in these times to race through everything that we do, with our gaze fixed on the next things on our list. This can feel unsatisfying, because at the end of the day we have raced and raced and maybe accomplished some things, but we were never fully present and we raced right past our joy AND still feel like we are behind.
We can only do one thing at a time and do it well. Be present for the task at hand, having faith that everything will get done at the perfect time. Refuse to allow a sense of being frantic, insist on being calm and present. Do this ONE thing, do it well, and then move on to the next.
If you can find and stay in this state of being, you will find that things are much easier and take less time.  Others are inspired to step in and help….. seemingly out of the blue, things get done and you loved every minute of it! Nothing is more important than your joy.
Take a deep breath, choose one item from your list, and do it well and joyfully, just like writing this mail for you this morning.
You are creating your life!   Choose your thoughts, your words and your actions and create a life you truly LOVE living!  Make it an amazing day!  Decide today that this is the best day of your life!
