What Are You Holding On To?

There are five realms in our lives: physical, emotional, material, relational and spiritual. Think of one thing that is no longer in your best interest that you could release in each realm.

For example in the physical realm, you could be hanging on to old images of yourself, or old clothing.  You may have old resentments in the area of relationships or a TV news habit that messes with your emotional realm.  Increase your awareness in each area and write down one, or as many as you like.

Then burn the list. Really let it go and create a little ceremony around it. Think of it as a spring cleaning for your soul.

You are creating your life!  Choose your thoughts, your words, your actions and your feelings and create a life you truly LOVE living!  Decide today that this is the best day of your life!
